Shipping & Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item you received from us, simply request over the phone or via email and then return the merchandise in its original condition with a copy of the invoice within 15 days of purchase.
All items must be shipped in a padded envelope or a box to avoid any damage during shipping process. We will not be responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost during return transit. After arrival of returned merchandise, we will exchange it, credit your account, or refund your money.
Return Product Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on Chain by the Foot. All sales on these items are final.
